One Man’s Pain is another’s Treasure

So, Blair’s boomerang of assaults on Jenny and Serena only gave them the boost they needed to be their most sparkly. Chuck’s dark past provided Dan with the insight necessary for a bright future as a writer. It appears our favorite gossip characters will have to find other ways to feel better about their lives since making everyone else feel crappy backfired. Even though their down we should not count them out. Blair and Chuck’s pain may be as much a gift to them as it was to Serena and Dan. The bell has sounded for round two and these frienemies know how to pack a retaliatory punch.

So That’s Why They’re So Skinny

WE’RE BACK! The second season of Gossip Girl is in full swing and apparently the characters don’t need a gym to work up a sweat. The sophomore season started off with a few bangs - not like Katie Holmes’. We’re talking cheetahs, and cougars, and Blair Oh MY! Although our favorite Manhattanites tried to salvage old ties; Dan to Serena, Nate to his money (oh right, Vanessa too), and Chuck to Blair, the hard truth is some bonds are meant to be broken. Now we get to spend the rest of the season watching them do what anyone would after realizing they can’t get what they want - making sure no one else does.

There have already been some dark nights, but can the sisterhood of the dropping pants brave another storm. We will find out next week @ 8p.m on CW23. Until then give us something to blossip about.

The Gossip Continues

Though Gossip Girl is over for the summer the cast is still giving media outlets loads of gossip to talk about. The especially newsworthy gossip girl topic is the romance between dan and serena in real life. Okay it's really Blake and Penn, but you know what we mean. They've been spotted shopping and dining together in of all places NYC. Maybe life is imitating art. The couple, when on the view promoting the show (before it was speculated that they were dating), said they have known each other since they were younger and first started acting. Then they claimed to be friends but now they are apparently a full fledge couple.

A Killer Episode for Serena

J waved the white flag as B became an accomplice in the cover up of a murder, committed by S. What is on that tape Serena received? Whatever it is was enough to make Serena further jeopardize her relationship with Dan by playing into Georgina being Sara. Seems like Serena believes in until death, not necessarily her own, do we part. Unfortunately for her Georgina is way too into the philosophy of friends forever. And by the way E is G-A-Y. Surely E can do better than Asher. He also seems very fond of C. Maybe C isn’t the only one with a crush on a future step-sibling.

Humphrey, always a Pleasure

J is stepping out with the juniors and trying to snag herself a new leading man. B is determined to get the best SAT score. Maybe she should put some of that determination towards getting off of N's elevator. D is confused about his relationship with S, the second edition. Wait until G introduces him to the original Serena. Things are about to get a lot more complicated on the Upper East Side and secrets will not be the only thing coming out of the closet next Monday. Because I'm nice

Last night a new episode of Gossip Girl premiered. Did it leave you thinking OMG? B has fallen from social grace, S thought her future brother-in-law was harassing her, J learned a few new tricks, and N is sweeping another blonde off her feet. J may have been caught wearing red Valentino, but this girl gets what she wants. Look out Queen B, it is going to take a lot more effort to reclaim your throne. Don’t worry though; N still loves you despite what his actions are telling you.

Nice may work for Serena, but nice girls usually finish last. At least in the Upper East Side they do. Jenny didn’t win over Blair’s posse with her cute smile and bubbly charm. These girls are pleasing, agreeable, and delightful when they are manipulating each other. You are only nice when you want something and Serena is no exception. She’s trying to erase everyone’s memory of her former self and she was actually doing quite well, but Spring Break is over and this summer is going to be hot.

Tune in next week as Michelle Trachtenberg joins the cast of Gossip Girl as Georgina. We will wait until next week to dig up the dirt on G, but she is sure to make sparks fly. Until then give us something to gossip about. You know you want to.

OMG, We're Back!

Greetings Gossip Fans, We hope you have been watching your favorite episodes of Gossip Girl on Monday nights, and creating some gossip worthy drama of your own.

This Monday, April 21, new episodes of Gossip Girl will be back, so we thought we’d give you a little update on where we left our favorite gossip girls and boys. S is still with D, but for how much longer? Don’t go too far V your true love may soon be single. B had a pregnancy scare after a night with C, and N. Who do you think would have been that baby’s daddy? J moved on from a cute blonde boy with the name van der Woodsen and made a strong presence in the life of someone more mature. Well, mature may not be the right word, but N is definetly older. Watch out B the east coast is not clear yet.

Get ready for more gossip as new cast members arrive on the Upper East Side just in time to create all sorts of new chaos. We will keep you posted, but we want something in return. Tell us what you are expecting this season and maybe we will tell you if you are right.
